I had already purchased my dress from another shop and was searching for a veil and belt. I was able to bring my dress with me to try on with all of the accessories, which a lot of places don't let you do. I had the whole place to myself during the appointment, so there weren't any distractions going on around me. She had a variety of veils I was able to try on and she ultimately helped me come up with the design I wanted and contacted the designer to order it for me. I also purchased a petticoat. I tried on a lot of belts, but didn't decide on one that day, but I plan to go back soon to look at the newer styles. There is a huge selection of jewelry and hair accessories. Nicole was so personable, patient, and helpful. I am very grateful for all of her help! She has continued to keep me informed on the order status of my veil since purchasing. Cannot recommend this bridal shop enough!"

"If I could give 6 stars I would! You can tell that Nicole was made for this business and that she's thought of EVERY detail... From the ambiance, to the selections, to the whole process, you feel taken care of. I went with my sister to pick a dress and was happy to know we were the only ones in the space for the duration of our appointment. We were on a tighter budget (<$1,000) and she was able to pull something from the back that was THE dress! Even if you already have a dress it's worth the trip to look at the veils, jewelry, belts, and headpieces alone. They are beautiful and well priced! My sister was originally planning on nixing the veil (causing much angst from the family, haha) but Nicole found the perfect one for her, changing her mind. Nicole has made this place a beautiful sanctuary for any bride; From the introvert that needs a peaceful place to process, to the bride that wants a space to have a beautiful moment with her friends and family to make such an important decision. "I’m the maid of honor in my friend’s wedding this year, and I also manage a wedding venue. When she was ready to look for dresses, I immediately recommended Magnolia Bride! With my job, I see all kinds of wedding dresses and always ask where they’re from; most of my favorites have been from Magnolia Bride. I’ve seen the dresses at bridal shows and hit it off with Nicole outside of the customer experience so many times, but today I saw the two Nicoles work their magic from a customer’s point of view.
We went to two bridal shops today, and although I was totally blown away by the bridal experience at Magnolia, I didn’t fully appreciate it until we went to the next store!
They’re not just selling you a dress! They’re selling you an experience, confidence, and love for yourself! These women make you feel just as truly beautiful as you are.
These ladies at Magnolia are so cool, calm, relaxed, and give you a truly invested yet low pressure experience. They made my friend feel so comfortable and welcome, and really listened to what she needed and wanted. On top of that, she didn’t try on one single “meh” dress! Every single dress in that store is just so stunning and unique.
I think that must be how they’re so relaxed; they must know you’re not going to top anything they have in store, no matter where you look. Confidence is easy to have when your service and product is top notch.
We are going to a couple more appointments before making the final decision but she’s so in love with the dress she found at Magnolia, as well as the service, that I had to leave a review. I have already loved this shop for a long time and recommended them, but I can recommend Magnolia even more now that I’ve seen how they really are more than salespeople. You feel like it’s just another girl friend shopping with you. I’d leave 10 stars if I could!"
